I have been a 200Hr. Certified Instructor for 8 years, but have had my own personal practice for 13.
Rock 'n Roll is in my heart, and my music and classes reflect that feeling!
I believe in living a life full of joy to the fullest, a life of gratitude, and a life free of judgement. These guide my teaching and my practice, which are focused on helping my students better connect to themselves & with their surroundings.
I offer corporate yoga, private sessions for individuals & groups as well as teach weekly at Studio Scottsdale Fitness, Black Swan Yoga and YogaSix North Scottsdale.
