ALERT: ACOUSTIC FLOW IS BACK!!
After many long anticipated months, we are back on the mic so you can come to your mat!
Please join myself, Scottie Briggs @1reignking and JJ Hollowell @jj.kcco as we play the sounds of live acoustic music while Debbie Popiel @debbiepopielyoga guides you through a Vinyasa flow. Nikki Daviau @nikkidaviauart will be creating a live art piece to be auctioned off at the end of the evening.
Light bites and beverages will be provided, and the atmosphere of flowing in the indoor/outdoor space will be like no other. (There are even patio heaters to keep you toasty warm!). All in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale!
