Full Moon Restorative Yoga

Please join me for an evening under the full moon in partnership with FitPHX and the City of Phoenix!

This absolutely FREE restorative yoga class will focus on physical, mental & emotional relaxation using props and your breath overlooking the lake underneath the full moon in the all glass clubhouse at Encanto Park.  

**This is a restorative class, so the bulk of our practice will be sitting and laying on the ground.**

Open to all ages and abilities.  BE SURE to register today, spaces are limited!

Please bring:

• Plenty of water!
• Yoga Mat
• 1-2 blankets
• 1 pillow
• Yoga Blocks (optional)
