This class is designed for all levels and is a wonderful opportunity to restore your mind, body and soul. Long slow stretches coupled with breathing techniques and slow movement creates the ultimate environment for tired muscles in need of recovery.
Perfect class for those wishing to ease back into yoga, begin their practice or recuperating from surgery or injury.
Mats and props are available.
6PM - 7PM Every Wednesday Evening on the beautiful indoor/outdoor patio space!!
