About the event
This is NOT Paddle Board Yoga! Instead you will learn the postures that strengthen the muscles and areas you use most for your paddle boarding adventures! While paddleboarding is a full body workout, the muscles we use the most are shoulders, core and quads. Let's stretch, strengthen and open these areas to help you paddle stronger, recover faster and stand a little taller on your board!
