An all levels slower flow class in a non-heated environment cultivated to connect breath and movement while focusing on alignment, modifications, strengthening and stretching. Classes can be done in person, socially distanced if requested. Adjustments offered if requested. PAYMENT METHODS: Cash, Venmo or Zelle before or upon arrival of session.
